We also receive standard technical information any website receives, such as your browser type and pages visited.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, build and deliver the website concept you requested, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend, our email service provider, and are subject to their security practices. We may send you a confirmation email when you submit the form and follow-up emails related to your inquiry. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time by replying with that request.
Scheduling
If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing ceo@rogerscapitalmarketing.com.
Your Rights
