The Free Build
Rogers Capital Marketing designs and builds an initial website concept for qualifying contractors at no charge. The free build is a demonstration of our work. Until a paid agreement is signed, the concept, its design, and its code remain the property of Rogers Capital Marketing, and we may showcase it in our portfolio. If you choose to move forward with a growth partnership, ownership and hosting arrangements are defined in that agreement.
No Obligation
Reviewing a free build creates no obligation to purchase anything. If you walk away, no fees are owed and no contract exists between us.
Eligibility & Availability
The free build offer is available to contracting and home-services businesses serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Availability is limited each month and offered at our discretion; we may decline requests that fall outside our focus.
Paid Services
Growth partnerships (including website ownership, hosting, Google Ads management, and SEO) are custom-scoped and governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms where they conflict.
Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you submit about your business is accurate and that you are authorized to request services on its behalf.
Limitation of Liability
This website and the free build are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogers Capital Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or a free build concept. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
